Beyond the Heliosphere of the Sun’s influence and therefore into interstellar space, the classical Konstantin Tsiolkovsky ( Newton physics ) rocket equation must now take into consideration Einstein’s time dilation ( slowing of clocks ) as viewed by an Earth bound observer as compared to an astronaut’s time for an equivalent final interstellar destination.

That is, given a final destination to the center of the Milky Way for a rocket powered by a photon exhaust, "earth time" is computed as 4.166 x 104 years compared to "astronaut time" of 3.333 x 104 years simply based upon the Lorentz time dilation of Special Relativity.
