Russian Konstantin Eduardovitch Tsioldovsky ( 1857-1935 ), known as "Rocket Man" and Father of "The Physics of Zero Gravity", implements Newton's 3rd Law of Motion for 'every action, there is an equal but opposite reaction'.
The essence of Tsiolkovsky's classical rocket formula is simple enough: in order to achieve "escape velocity", the ratio of fuel mass to the weight of the rocket must be at least 4:1 in favor of the fuel where the rocket itself must be multi-staged.
